Waitlist information
When you join the waitlist we collect your email, state, optional first name and your optional answers to a few short questions, plus how you found us. We use this only to contact you about Bondwell’s launch and to understand what people want from the service. It’s stored privately with our hosting provider, isn’t shared with advertisers and is never sold. To have your information deleted, email hello@bondwellhealth.com.
Health information
The waitlist isn’t a medical visit; please don’t send medical details. Health information collected during future online visits will be handled in accordance with HIPAA by our clinical partners.
